Valsgarde Helmet - GDFB

Inspired by the richly decorated helmets of the Vendel Age, the GDFB Valsgarde Helmet is an imposing reproduction based on archaeological finds from Valsgärde, Sweden.

Constructed from heavy 14-gauge steel, the helmet features contrasting brass fittings, a prominent reinforced crest, decorative brows, and the distinctive face protection associated with Valsgärde-style helmets. A fitted leather liner and chin strap complete the piece.

This particular GDFB model has been discontinued and is no longer part of their regular production, making our remaining stock a rare opportunity for collectors, reenactors, and enthusiasts of early medieval arms and armour.
