Terms and conditions.

By Purchasing merchandise from Dark Age Creations ( known from here on as DAC) You the customer( known from here on as CUSTOMER) agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement shall be interpreted under the laws and jurisdiction of the province of ALBERTA in the country of CANADA. Any and all legal proceedings shall be conducted in the city of CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA. CUSTOMER is responsible for all legal fees up front. DAC reserves the right to make modifications to the terms and conditions of sales without notice, any orders in progress at the time of change remain subject to the terms and conditions at time of ordering. DAC is not responsible for typos or misprints of pricing or availability.DAC makes every effort to keep up-to-date on pricing and availability of merchandise. DAC reserves the right to cancel any order due to change in price or availability. DAC makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of statements made on this site, however DAC is not responsible or liable for misprints, omissions, or inaccuracies.

The CUSTOMER is responsible for the legality of purchasing or owning DAC product in the CUSTOMERS area of residence. If CUSTOMERS order is held up in shipping or confiscated by local authorities DAC takes no responsibility for the loss of the items; DAC will not refund CUSTOMERS money in this circumstance. The CUSTOMER must be 18 years of age, have a signed and verified consent from a legal parent or guardian, or be of legal age in their area to own / purchase DAC merchandise. DAC reserves the right to request government issued ID before completing any transaction.

Our swords, weapons and amour are real; they are not toys and should not be handled as such. DAC is not responsible or liable for any injury or loss stemming from the use, misuse or display of our products. CUSTOMERs purchase and use of DAC product is at their own risk.

DAC does not recommend using our product for fighting / combat / mock combat / martial arts unless supervised or trained by professionals. If CUSTOMER is interested in learning proper technique, they can contact DAC at info@darkagecreations.com for more info. DAC, to the limit of provided by law, is not responsible for your actions with your purchase.

Warranty and Returns.

DAC provides 30 day money back a guarantee or any item minus original shipping. The item must be in its original packaging and in its factory condition. Visible abuse or damage (especially from mock or real combat) immediately voids warrantee. CUSTOMER is responsible for any and all shipping or customs brokerage fees on returned items. DAC reserves the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee at our discretion. Deposits on custom orders, hand crafted items and or repair work are non-refundable.

Many of DAC’s products are made from High Carbon Steel. This particular material is extremely susceptible to rust and moisture. CUSTOMER is required to do regular maintenance and upkeep; failure to do so will void the items warrantee. Custom orders and repairs.

DAC reserves the right to charge a deposit up to and including final sale price of item depending on the project prior to commencement of work. DAC will assess the amount of deposit on case by case bases. CUSTOMER has 90 days from completion of work to pay for any outstanding balance and arrange for pickup / shipping of item. After 90 days the item DAC reserves the right to sell the item(s) to recover cost of storage or materials used in the construction / repair.
